Arash is the Group CEO of Lootah Holding, with extensive strategy and leadership experience, bringing over a dozen years of consulting across the energy, FMCG, travel, financial, telecoms, public and health sectors in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Before joining Lootah Holding, he led McKinsey’s Organization Solutions (OrgSolutions) department across the Middle East, helping organizations answer critical questions related to organizational health, performance culture, efficiency and talent.
Prior to that, he spent over a decade at Accenture, establishing and leading a team of high performing strategy consultants specialized in investments and optimization.
His passion is towards growing talents, focusing on solid evidence to rewire organizations and driving performance through people.
Arash holds an MBA in Investment and Risk from Imperial College London.
Susy is a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales with extensive international experience, having worked in London, Singapore, Indonesia, Japan and the UAE, in both the private and public sector.
Prior to joining Lootah Holding, Susy previously held senior positions with the Government of Dubai and was also the General Counsel of Dubai Ventures Group (a Dubai Holding company). Susy held other senior positions at prominent international banks, Standard Chartered Bank, The Royal Bank of Scotland and Westdeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale (Tokyo Branch), having worked previously for international law firms including Dentons (Tokyo) and White & Case (Singapore).
Susy holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Birmingham, a Master’s degree in Corporate and Commercial Law from King’s College, University of London and is a member of The Honorable Society of Lincoln’s Inn.
Shady El- Remeily, a certified accountant by profession, is the Group Chief Financial Officer of Lootah Holding. He previously held the position of the Group Financial Controller at several prominent companies in the region, such as Chalhoub Group, Action Hotels PLC (a listed company on the AIM) and Alserkal Holding LLC, between 2009 and 2019. Additionally, Shady’s role as the Financial Analyst was instrumental in relation to the large-scale IPO project during his time with Kingdom Hotel Investments, which resulted in the successful listing of the company on the London Stock Exchange in 2006.
Shady has extensive work experience in various sectors, primarily in Hospitality, Retail, Real Estate and Family Business.
A winner of Top 10 Award for Outstanding Research Paper from the International Academy of Business and Public Administration Disciplines Conference, Dallas, USA out of 3000 candidates,
Shady is also a holder of a Masters Degree in Finance from the Notre Dame University (NDU) in Lebanon.
